We deliver throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx.
Delivery Options
NYC Delivery: $8.95 flat rate
Orders are delivered 3-5 business days after production is complete. You'll receive tracking information via email.
Free Pickup: Location options to be shared via email.
Available during designated pickup windows. You'll receive notification when your order is ready.
Pre-order Timeline - Phase I (April 2026)
Our first production run is now open for pre-orders.
1. Order by April 24, 2026
2. Production begins after April 24, 2026
3. Delivery occurs in late May 2026
4. You'll receive email updates throughout the process

Delivery Area
We currently deliver within a 25-mile radius of our Lower East Side kitchen, covering Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx.
Packaging
Dumplings are packaged frozen in a food grade plastic and transported in insulation to maintain quality during delivery. Store in your freezer immediately upon arrival.
Delivery Issues
If your order:
- Doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe
- Arrives damaged or thawed
- Is missing items
Contact us at orders@papachiangs.com within 12 hours of expected delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
