2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Prices and availability may change without notice.

3. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Subscription products will be available in the future. When subscriptions launch, you will be able to authorize recurring charges at the stated frequency. Subscription terms, billing details, and cancellation policies will be provided at that time.

4. Food Safety & Allergen Disclosure

Our products are prepared food items and may contain soy or be prepared in facilities handling common allergens. Ingredients and preparation methods may vary. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining suitability for their dietary needs.

5. Pickup & Local Delivery

Orders are fulfilled via local pickup or internal delivery within New York City. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and arriving during the designated pickup window. Orders not picked up during the scheduled time may be forfeited.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of prepared food products, all sales are final once production has begun. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion for incorrect or defective orders. No refunds are provided for missed pickups or no-shows.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chiang's LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or consumption of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chiang's LLC from claims arising from misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
